The Ticket Hut can offer Rail Travel Booking Service for business customers. Below are a few frequently asked questions.

 

What are the costs for the service?

 

There is no cost other than the ticket costs or for any special delivery requirements.

 

What tickets would be available?

 

Virtually all tickets between any two stations and on any Train Company on the National Rail network, this also includes London Travelcards.

 

What are the delivery charges?

 

If tickets are dispatched by First Class Post or are collected at another station which accepts electronic transfer of tickets this at no additional cost, just the ticket price. If another method of dispatch is required this may attract a premium and would be at additional cost.

 

Which stations can accept electronic ticket collections?

 

A full and up to date list is shown on the National Rail website

 

Is there a booking fee per ticket, per order or annual fee?

 

No

 

How would the tickets be ordered?

 

Tickets would be ordered using a form created in MS Excel and this would be emailed to "The Ticket Hut"

 

When would the order be fulfilled?

 

The order would be processed by the end of the next business day and either posted or made available for station collection. For station collections the reference would be emailed back by the end of the next business day.

 

What are the requirements for the service?

 

A Credit Card would have to be lodged with "The Ticket Hut" a credit and billing service could not be offered.
